My business has two main focuses.
1. We buy, renovate, and either rent or flip real estate.
But equally important
2. We help others do the same by partnering and mentoring them along the way.
When we’re out there hunting for deals, we’re super picky.
These deals aren’t just numbers on a spreadsheet—they’re what feed our families, pay our bills, and ensure our partners and clients have a great experience.
What I’ve learned, especially in this past year since launching our latest partner program, is that it’s just as crucial to be picky about the clients and partners we bring on board as it is to be picky about the properties we invest in.
Think about it: one bad real estate deal can tank your profits, right?
The same goes for clients.
My team and I talk to dozens of people every day, looking for those who are the right fit to partner with and mentor.
And let’s be real—sometimes we’ve let people in who weren’t the best match for us or our program, that can cause problems down the line.
Lately, I’ve been really intentional about this.
Before anyone signs on or pays a dime, we make sure they’re an amazing fit.
I want to work with people who show up on time, who have a genuine passion for learning, and who understand that success doesn’t happen overnight.
We’re not here for the get-rich-quick crowd or those who don’t value the time, effort, and expertise we bring to the table.
It’s not enough to be picky about your deals.
You’ve got to be just as selective about who you work with—whether that’s clients, partners, or even your own team.
Your business is like your body: what you put into it matters.
Fill it with junk, and you’ll get junk in return.
If you surround yourself with the right people, the results will speak for themselves.
